What credit cards do we accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, but only if shipped to a New Jersey state address. We are required only to charge sales tax in states in which we have a physical retail presence.
When is my credit card charged?
Your card is charged when you confirm your order at checkout.
How can I find the status of my order?
You’ll receive an email notification when you place your order. As soon as the item ships you can track the order via the link provided.
Can I place an order for an item that is currently out of stock?
No. Sometimes an item sells out temporarily due to popularity. In the event the item you want is not currently available, we hope you will make an alternate choice, but we do not accept backorders. You can also sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on new arrivals!
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. The customer will be provided a tracking number once the order has shipped. If there are any problems with your shipment, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’re here to help! All orders ship from New Jersey. We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders $50 or more.
Please note we do not process orders or ship on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?
You will receive a confirmation email from us indicating your order was received.
How do you ship?
Our standard shipping method is USPS. We also offer UPS and FedEx.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders $50 and more to the Contiguous United States. Any shipping promotions refer to Standard US Shipping only. No overnight or Second Day shipping. No international shipping.
Do you ship outside of the North America?
Yes, we usually ship internationally with USPS. Additional charges may apply.
My tracking number indicates the order was delivered, but I don't have it. What do I do?

I listed the wrong shipping address on my order, how do I change it?
Please contact us immediately via phone (844) 200-7645 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order hasn’t left our warehouse yet, we’ll be able to change the address for you.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, you can choose to expedite your order at checkout for additional charges. Please note that free shipping on orders $50 or more will be sent standard USPS.
What is the return policy?
At Zeitgeist Gifts, we stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com. A team member will contact you within two business days with instructions on how to proceed with your return. Items must be returned within 30 days of the day the order shipped from our warehouse. Depending on the status of our inventory, we will offer a refund or replacement. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must arrive at our warehouse in its original packaging and in sell-able condition, except in circumstances where the product was already damaged or defective when it arrived at the customer's shipping address. Please note that we do not offer refunds on either the original shipping cost or the cost of return postage. Returns will be processed via the same payment method that was used to process the initial payment.
I did not receive the item I ordered. How do I get the item I need?
Occasionally, mistakes happen but we do all we can to immediately rectify any errors with your order. We will cover the shipping cost of the return and send a replacement promptly.
How do I report a damaged item?
We guarantee our products. All items are inspected before we ship from our warehouse, but occasionally, products are damaged in transit. We will accept damaged merchandise for a refund or exchange, depending on our current inventory. All damages must be reported to us within 30 days of the day the order shipped from our warehouse. Items must be returned to us in original packaging. If you wish to report a damaged item, please call our Customer Service Department at (844) 200-7645 or email us at email@example.com. A member of our team will contact you within two business days with instructions on how to proceed.
I have not received an order or shipping confirmation.
All order confirmations are sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order. Please check your SPAM box; often emails will be blocked for your safety. If you still do not have an order or shipping confirmation, no problem, please contact our Customer Service Department at (844) 200-7645 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll provide you with your order details.
Does Zeitgeist Gifts rent or sell my personal information?
We do not rent or sell your personal information or email address. We collect this information solely for the purpose of confirming your order and shipping status, and informing you of special online promotions.

Is your website secure?
Yes! All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts all personal information including credit card number, name, and address. At no time is your credit card number stored on our website or in our online database. Your web safety is our priority!
You can shop at zeitgeist-gifts.com with confidence. We use Shopify Payments to accept credit card/PayPal transactions safely and securely for our customers. All credit card payments are handled by Shopify. We do not store any payment information that isn’t necessary to fulfill your order.
